Return, Cancellation & Refund Policies

1. Activation Fee Policy

  • Customers pay a $20 activation fee at the time of purchase.
  • This fee is non-refundable, except when:
    • The customer never activated the subscription, AND
    • The device was never used.

2. Subscription & Cancellation

  • Service is a monthly, no-contract subscription.
  • Customers can cancel anytime.
  • For Cancellation customer need to contact the Support team
  • If cancelled, subscription billing stops immediately.
  • SmartWheels may reach out to customers to better understand and address their reasons for cancellation.

3. Device Return Policy

  • Customers must return the device within 30 days of cancellation.
  • Return shipping: Free for customers (both ways).

4. Device Non-Return Policy

  • A refundable device fee of $65 will be charged upfront at the time of cancellation.
  • If the device is returned within 30 days, the fee will be refunded in full.
  • If the device is not returned within 30 days, the upfront fee will non-refundable.

5. Refund Window (Device & Subscription)

  • No refund on subscription fees
  • No refunds once subscription service has started.
