Return, Cancellation & Refund Policies

1. Activation Fee Policy
- Customers pay a $20 activation fee at the time of purchase.
- This fee is non-refundable, except when:
- The customer never activated the subscription, AND
- The device was never used.
2. Subscription & Cancellation
- Service is a monthly, no-contract subscription.
- Customers can cancel anytime.
- For Cancellation customer need to contact the Support team
- If cancelled, subscription billing stops immediately.
- SmartWheels may reach out to customers to better understand and address their reasons for cancellation.
3. Device Return Policy
- Customers must return the device within 30 days of cancellation.
- Return shipping: Free for customers (both ways).

4. Device Non-Return Policy
- A refundable device fee of $65 will be charged upfront at the time of cancellation.
- If the device is returned within 30 days, the fee will be refunded in full.
- If the device is not returned within 30 days, the upfront fee will non-refundable.
5. Refund Window (Device & Subscription)
- No refund on subscription fees
- No refunds once subscription service has started.
