No questions asked. Return any device within 30 days for a full device refund.

Any SmartWheels device may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund of the device purchase price. No questions asked.
Amazon Orders
- Initiate your return through Amazon within Amazon's return window.
- Amazon's return policy and timelines apply.
- After Amazon's return window closes, warranty claims apply. Contact SmartWheels Support.
Website Orders
- Raise a support ticket via the SmartWheels app or website.
- Our team will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receipt.
- Refund covers the device purchase price only. Subscription fees are non-refundable.
- Upon device return, your subscription is cancelled automatically.
Reseller & Third-Party (NOT ELIGIBLE)
- SmartWheels cannot process returns or refunds for devices purchased from unauthorized resellers.
- If you purchased from a reseller, contact our support team — we'll do our best to assist.
After 30 Days
🚫 All Sales Final After 30 Days
After 30 days from the date of purchase, no device returns or refunds will be accepted.
The only post-30-day remedy available is warranty service (for Magnetic GPS Tracker and OBD only).
Tags (Magnetic and Regular): no returns, no replacements, no refunds after 30 days.
Subscription, Free Trial & Cancellation
Cancel any time, no questions asked. Access runs until the end of the paid period.
14-Day Free Trial
- All subscriptions include a 14-day free trial from the date of device activation.
- You may cancel during the trial period with no payment due.
- We recommend using the trial period to fully evaluate the product before committing.
Subscription Plans
- Monthly subscription: billed automatically each month.
Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time, without penalty.
- To cancel: go to Account in the SmartWheels app and select Cancel Subscription.
- Upon cancellation, no further billing will occur. Access continues until the end of the current period.
- You are not required to return your device upon cancellation.
No Subscription Refunds
⚠ Subscription Fees Are Non-Refundable
Once the 14-day free trial has ended, no subscription fees will be refunded, in whole or in part.
If you return your device within 30 days, the device purchase price will be refunded but subscription fees paid to date will not.
Warranty Coverage
Valid while your subscription is active. Lapses on cancellation. Reactivates on re-subscription.

Tags (Magnetic and Regular) are not covered under the SmartWheels warranty.
Coverage
- Warranty is valid for as long as you maintain an active SmartWheels subscription.
- Warranty lapses when your subscription ends and reactivates when you re-subscribe.
- Defective devices will be repaired or replaced with a new or refurbished unit, at our discretion.
- Refund under warranty is only available if a replacement unit is unavailable.
- Any device returned without a valid warranty claim will be rejected and returned to sender.

Return and replacement shipping is fully covered by SmartWheels at no cost to you.

Return Defective Device
Free shipping
SmartWheels will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Ship the defective device back to us.
Verification
Internal review
Our team will verify the defect upon receipt. SmartWheels reserves the right to assess the device.
Replacement Shipped
3–5 business days
If approved, a replacement unit will be dispatched to your address within 3–5 business days.
Subscription Extension During Replacement
- Regardless of your plan type — monthly or prepaid — your subscription will be extended by the number of days your replacement is in transit.
- A confirmation email will be sent once the replacement has been shipped.

When you cancel your subscription, we encourage you to return your device so it can be reconditioned, recycled, or repurposed. As a thank you, we'll send you a discount code for your next SmartWheels purchase.
How it works
- Any customer who returns their device within 60 days of cancellation qualifies for a one-time 20% discount code.
- Both working and non-working devices are accepted.
- Contact Support to request a free prepaid return label.
- Ship to the address in Section 6 (Contact & Support).
- Applies to all SmartWheels products.
